It provides seamless adjustment of the backrest (0-70°), leg elevation (0-30°), overall height (425-815mm), and Trendelenburg/Reverse Trendelenburg positions (0-12°). For emergencies, it features an anti-pinch backrest design and a Dual CPR system (Electric CPR + Manual CPR) supported by a dedicated lead-acid backup battery to ensure immediate patient flattening in any situation.
The bed’s structural integrity is unparalleled. The frame is constructed from 30 * 60 * 1.2mm high-quality carbon steel pipes, paired with a 1.0mm thick integrally punched carbon steel plate. To guarantee long-lasting performance, the entire steel framework undergoes a strict pickling and phosphating (acid washing) pre-treatment. Followed by an advanced electrostatic powder coating process, the finish firmly adheres to the metal, completely preventing peeling, rusting, and corrosion over years of intensive hospital use.
Patient security and caregiver convenience are prioritized with the fully-enclosed PP electronic large guardrail system, allowing easy access to posture controls directly from the rails. The head and footboards feature a robust PP plug-in blow-molded design with a locking device and corner anti-collision wheels to protect facility walls. Mobility is expertly handled by four 5-inch luxury universal casters, utilizing a reliable 4-wheel independent braking system for maximum stability when locked.
