Patient safety and rehabilitation support are maximized with the specialized Y-01 iron guardrails. Measuring 1160mm in length and 515mm in height, these guardrails are welded from robust 25 * 12mm round tubes and finished with a durable powder coating. Mounted securely on the sides (400mm center distance), they feature an innovative rotary knob mechanism that allows adjustment in precise 30° increments (30°, 60°, 90°). This exceptional design not only prevents falls but actively provides sturdy support for patients when sitting up, turning over, or safely transitioning out of bed.
The foundation of this bed is exceptionally robust. The main frame is constructed from 30 * 60 * 1.2mm high-quality carbon steel pipes, paired with a 1.0mm thick integrally punched carbon steel plate. To guarantee long-lasting performance, the entire steel framework undergoes a strict pickling and phosphating (acid washing) pre-treatment. Followed by an advanced electrostatic powder coating process, the finish firmly adheres to the metal, effectively preventing peeling, rusting, and corrosion. For transit, it is equipped with four 5-inch luxury universal casters, featuring built-in dual bearings and a 4-wheel braking system for rock-solid stability.
