It offers seamless adjustments for the backrest (0-70°), leg elevation (0-30°), overall height (425-815mm), and Trendelenburg/Reverse Trendelenburg (0-15°). To optimize workflow, it is equipped with a dedicated Nurse Control Panel, allowing caregivers to centrally manage all bed functions. For emergencies, it features an anti-pinch backrest design and a Dual CPR system (Electric CPR + Manual Backrest CPR) supported by a backup battery.
The foundation of this bed is built from robust 30 * 60 * 1.2mm high-quality carbon steel pipes, paired with a 1.0mm thick integrally punched carbon steel plate. To guarantee enduring performance in demanding environments, the entire steel framework undergoes a strict pickling and phosphating (acid washing) pre-treatment. Followed by an advanced electrostatic powder coating process, the finish firmly adheres to the metal, completely preventing peeling, rusting, and corrosion over years of intensive use.
Patient security is maximized with the DL PP one-piece molded head and foot boards, featuring secure locking devices and corner anti-collision wheels to protect facility walls. The bed utilizes a DL PP 4-piece small guardrail system, offering flexible patient protection while preventing fall injuries.
