Powered by a top-tier Jiechang motor system (optional battery available), it allows for smooth and precise adjustments of the backrest (0-75°), leg elevation (0-35°), overall height (545-855mm), and Trendelenburg/Reverse Trendelenburg angles (15°).
The structural foundation is built from robust 30 * 60 * 1.2mm high-quality carbon steel pipes, paired with a 1.0mm thick integrally punched carbon steel plate. To ensure enduring performance in rigorous medical settings, the entire steel framework undergoes a strict pickling and phosphating (acid washing) pre-treatment. Followed by an advanced electrostatic powder coating process, the finish firmly adheres to the metal, effectively preventing peeling, rusting, and corrosion over years of continuous use.
Patient safety is maximized with the new PP one-piece molded head and foot boards, featuring secure locking devices and corner anti-collision wheels. The bed is equipped with the DL PP 4-piece small guardrail system, offering flexible patient protection and easy caregiver access. For secure transit, it utilizes four 5-inch luxury casters equipped with an advanced central locking system via a convenient side-brake pedal, allowing quick and secure immobilization of the bed.
