Designed to offer high-end functionality in a manual configuration, this 2-crank nursing bed allows caregivers to effortlessly adjust the backrest (0-80°) and leg elevation (0-45°). The bed is equipped with premium ABS cranks that feature an innovative bi-directional limit protection screw device. Connected via robust 32mm diameter steel pipes (1.0mm thickness), this system prevents over-cranking damage and ensures exceptionally smooth, long-lasting mechanical operation.
The foundation is built to withstand rigorous daily use. The main framework is constructed from 30 * 60 * 1.2mm high-quality carbon steel pipes, paired with a 1.0mm thick integrally punched carbon steel plate. To guarantee enduring performance, the entire steel structure undergoes a strict pickling and phosphating (acid washing) pre-treatment. Followed by an advanced electrostatic powder coating process, the finish firmly adheres to the metal, completely preventing peeling, rusting, and corrosion over years of continuous sanitation.
Patient security is elevated with the new DL PP 4-piece small guardrails, which provide flexible fall protection without a sense of confinement. The one-piece molded PP head and foot boards include secure locking devices and corner anti-collision wheels to protect facility walls. For transit, the bed utilizes four 5-inch luxury casters equipped with an advanced central locking system via a side-brake pedal, allowing caregivers to securely and swiftly immobilize the bed.
