Durability is at the core of this bed. The main framework is constructed from 30 * 60 * 1.2mm high-quality carbon steel pipes, paired with a robust 0.7mm stamped carbon steel plate. To guarantee exceptional performance in demanding medical environments, the entire steel framework undergoes a rigorous pickling and phosphating (acid washing) pre-treatment. Followed by an advanced electrostatic powder coating process, the finish firmly adheres to the metal, completely preventing peeling, rusting, and corrosion over years of use.
