Designed to offer maximum reliability, this 2-function nursing bed is powered by a premium Jieshun 1-to-2 motor. Caregivers can effortlessly adjust the backrest (0-75°) and leg elevation (0-45°) electronically. In the event of a power outage or emergency, the included manual PP crank ensures that patient positioning remains uninterrupted, providing complete peace of mind.
The bed frame is constructed from high-quality 40 * 80 * 1.0mm carbon steel pipes, paired with a robust 1.0mm thick integrally punched carbon steel plate. To guarantee exceptional durability in demanding medical environments, the entire steel structure undergoes a rigorous pickling and phosphating (acid washing) pre-treatment. This is followed by an advanced electrostatic powder coating process, ensuring the finish is highly resistant to peeling, corrosion, and daily wear.
Patient security is prioritized with one-piece molded PP head and footboards (featuring a secure locking mechanism and patient card slot) and an 1170mm-long folding aluminum alloy guardrail system with 5 stainless steel pillars per side. Smooth transit is guaranteed by four 5-inch luxury universal casters, featuring built-in dual bearings and a 4-wheel independent braking system to keep the bed firmly in place.
