The bed’s foundation is constructed from robust 30 * 60 * 1.2mm high-quality carbon steel pipes, paired with a 1.0mm thick integrally punched carbon steel plate. To guarantee long-lasting performance in rigorous medical settings, the entire steel framework undergoes a strict pickling and phosphating (acid washing) pre-treatment. Followed by advanced electrostatic powder coating, the finish firmly adheres to the metal, effectively preventing peeling, rusting, and corrosion over years of use and sanitation.
Patient security is maximized with the PP hanging blow-molded head and foot boards, which feature secure locking devices and corner anti-collision wheels to protect facility walls. The bed is equipped with a PP semi-enclosed 4-piece guardrail system, offering flexible protection without creating a feeling of confinement.
