Caregivers can seamlessly adjust the backrest (0-70°), leg elevation (0-30°), overall height (425-815mm), and Trendelenburg/Reverse Trendelenburg positions (0-12°). To ensure absolute patient safety during power outages or emergencies, the bed features an anti-pinch backrest design and a Dual CPR system (Electric CPR + Manual CPR) supported by a dedicated backup battery.
The foundation of this bed is exceptionally robust. The main frame is constructed from 30 * 60 * 1.2mm high-quality carbon steel pipes, paired with a 1.0mm thick integrally punched carbon steel plate. To guarantee long-lasting performance in demanding environments, the entire steel framework undergoes a strict pickling and phosphating (acid washing) pre-treatment. Followed by an advanced electrostatic powder coating process, the finish firmly adheres to the metal, effectively preventing peeling, rusting, and corrosion over years of intensive use.
Safety is prioritized across every detail. The bed utilizes fully-enclosed PP large guardrails to provide maximum protection against falls. The head and footboards feature a robust PP plug-in blow-molded design with secure locking devices and corner anti-collision wheels to protect facility walls.
