Engineered for critical care environments, this premium ICU bed utilizes an innovative two-column lifting design. Powered by a top-tier Jiechang motor system (with foot pedal and battery backup), it offers complete 7-function adjustability: Backrest (0-75°), Leg elevation (0-35°), Trendelenburg/Reverse Trendelenburg (15°), Left/Right Lateral Tilt (20°), and overall height adjustment (555-885mm). This comprehensive positioning capability is crucial for intensive care, pulmonary therapies, and easing caregiver strain.
Patient security is the absolute priority. The bed features Jiechang PP electronic 4-piece small guardrails and electronic head/foot boards, allowing seamless posture adjustments directly from the rails. In emergencies, the bed is equipped with a dedicated Emergency Stop button and a Dual CPR system (One-Button Electric CPR & Manual Backrest CPR) to instantly flatten the bed. Additionally, the backrest incorporates an anti-pinch design for maximum patient protection.
The structural foundation is built from robust 30 * 60 * 1.2mm high-quality carbon steel pipes, paired with a 1.0mm thick integrally punched carbon steel plate. To ensure enduring performance in rigorous medical settings, the entire steel framework undergoes a strict pickling and phosphating (acid washing) pre-treatment. Followed by an advanced electrostatic powder coating process, the finish firmly adheres to the metal, completely preventing peeling, rusting, and corrosion over years of continuous sterilization and use.
The bed features corner anti-collision wheels to protect facility walls during transit. For secure and efficient mobility, it is equipped with four 5-inch central locking casters utilizing a convenient side-brake mechanism, allowing quick and secure immobilization of the bed in fast-paced ICU environments.
