It features an integrated precision Weighing Scale, allowing caregivers to monitor patient weight continuously without transfer. Powered by a top-tier Jiechang motor, it offers comprehensive positioning: Backrest (0-75°), Leg elevation (0-40°), Trendelenburg/Reverse (0-15°), Left/Right Lateral Tilt (0-20°), and Hi-Low adjustment (540-840mm). Operation is made effortless through a Triple Control System, including a Nurse Control Panel, hand remote, and hands-free foot pedal.
The foundation is built to last. The structural framework utilizes robust 30 * 60 * 1.2mm high-quality carbon steel pipes, paired with a 1.0mm thick integrally punched carbon steel plate. To guarantee enduring performance, the entire steel structure undergoes a strict pickling and phosphating (acid washing) pre-treatment. Followed by an advanced electrostatic powder coating process, the finish firmly adheres to the metal, completely preventing peeling, rusting, and corrosion amidst rigorous hospital sterilization routines.
Patient security is the absolute priority. The bed is equipped with PP blow-molded head and foot boards featuring corner anti-collision wheels to protect facility walls. The PP semi-enclosed large guardrails provide excellent fall protection while allowing easy caregiver access. In emergencies, the Dual CPR system (Electric & Manual) ensures rapid patient flattening. Mobility is expertly handled by four 5-inch central locking casters with a convenient side-brake mechanism for swift, secure immobilization.
